Getting to Know Your Visitors (workshop)

What if you could gain a better understanding of your visitors, why they’re visiting and what they want, and get recommendations on how to give that to them, so that you could ensure they have a great experience that will encourage them to repeat visit, bring friends, and spend more in the shop, the café, etc.?

This workshop identifies what visitors actually want versus what they’re being told they should want, by understanding different visitor using tools such as pen portraits and audience segmentation. We then work with you to define what the tour/experience should look like or do based on this.
