Located within the former Texas School Book Depository building—the site from which Lee Harvey Oswald shot and killed President John F. Kennedy on November 22, 1963—the Sixth Floor Museum at Dealey Plaza examines the life, times, death, and legacy of JFK. The museum presents historic films, photographs, artefacts, and interpretive displays to document and explore the national tragedy and its influence today.
